Agreement

By using lev-developments.com or the vendor onboarding portal you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is not a contract

Nothing on this website is an offer, a bid, a quotation, or a promise to perform work. Any project we take on is governed by a written construction agreement signed by both parties, and any vendor relationship is governed by the vendor agreement you sign during onboarding. Where this site and a signed agreement disagree, the signed agreement wins.

Using the site

Use it for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to breach or probe our security, access another party's onboarding file, upload malicious files, scrape the site at volume, or misrepresent who you are. We may suspend access for any of these.

Vendor onboarding

When you submit documents through the portal you confirm that you are authorised to submit them, that they are accurate and current, and that any person you name as an authorised signer genuinely has authority to bind your company. Submitting documents does not by itself make you an approved vendor — approval is our decision, and we may decline for any lawful reason.

Electronic signatures

You agree that signing electronically is as binding as signing on paper, and that records kept in electronic form satisfy any requirement that an agreement be in writing.

Our content

The text, photographs, drawings, and design on this site belong to Lev Developments LLC or are used with permission. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking.

We sometimes link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site up, accurate, and secure, but we provide it as-is and cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Lev Developments LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and the courts of Mecklenburg County are the venue for any dispute about them.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
