A builder that treats every home like it's on the plans.
Lev Developments LLC is a residential home builder built on straightforward work and dependable follow-through. We build new homes, additions, and full remodels, carrying each project from the ground up and keeping owners informed at every stage.
Whether it's a ground-up custom home, a spec build, or a whole-home remodel, we handle the details (scheduling, trades, and craftsmanship) so the build runs on plan and on schedule.

03 - How we work
A measured process
Consult
You get a walk of the site and an honest read on scope, budget range, and whether the idea works before anyone draws it.
Design
You get plans you have signed off on, with the details settled while they are still cheap to change.
Plan
You get permits pulled, trades booked, and a schedule with real dates on it.
Build
You get the owner on site, one number to call, and progress you do not have to chase.
Complete
You get final inspections passed, a punch list worked to zero, and the keys to a finished house.
In place of a wall of reviews
We take on a small number of builds a year. The person who quotes your house is the person who runs it, and he is on site for it.
Lev Developments is owner run and engineer led. That is the trade: you will not find us on every street in Charlotte, and you will not be handed to a project manager you have never met. When there is a finished home and an owner willing to put their name to it, their words will go here instead of ours.
